1. Have a trial makeover
Have a trial makeover at least one month before the wedding day to avoid any unnecessary reaction from new products, and be sure to take a photo of yourself ( what may seem like too much makeup might not be enough for photos and vice versa.)

2. Let your face recover
All facials, waxing and tweezing should be done at least 7-10 days prior to your wedding day.

3. Wear a V-neck or button down shirt when prepping
Wear a V-neck or button down shirt when getting your hair and makeup done to make changing easy. And remember, step into your dress (don't pull it over your head like you did for your fittings).

4. Use a face primer
Before applying foundation use a face primer, like Retexturizing Facial Primer SPF 20 or Pore Perfecting Face Primer, so your makeup will last all day.

5. Use a matte, oil-free, water-based foundation
Use a matte, oil-free, water-based foundation to even the skin tone and reduce shine in photos. Set with a powder; like our Dual Activ Powder Foundation or our Mosaic Perfecting Powder.

9. Avoid frosted makeup
Avoid frosted eyeshadows and lipsticks - they photograph poorly. Instead line the inside lower rim of your eyes with our White Eyeliner Pencil - it makes eyes appear larger and brighter.

Your Touch-Up bag should include: blotting papers for excess shine, lipstick or gloss, blush, Q-tips, and breath mints.
