APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the studio so that we can be sure to accommodate your wishes.

CANCELLATIONS

If you must reschedule or cancel a service, as a courtesy to clients and our therapists, please advise us 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Cancellation of a gift package requires 24 hour notice.
